6) CAT WORK UPDATE:

A) What CAT tasks have you accomplished to date? (use previous minutes) : Attending a Gund tea event and successfully conducting a live Facebook live stream from the event.

B) What immediate and long-term CAT tasks lie ahead for the week, and who will execute? Conducting a Facebook live stream for the GUND SLAM.

C) What was the most CHALLENGING element re: the past week's CAT work: Conducting the live stream from the Gund Tea. We had problems with the camera that we checked out from the library. It would not work with our computers and only one of our computers would allow for us to do a Facebook live stream.

D) What was the most REWARDING element re: about the past week's CAT work? E) What is your CAT doing really well right now?
Communicating with each other and equally delegating tasks that need to get done. Deciding on what to do with our $200 budget, probably using towards helping with audio and equipment for live stream event at Gund Slam.

F) What is your CAT needing to work on right now?
Getting our community partner to email us back about who we are using our budget to. We are planning on using our budget towards a freelancer for the GUND SLAM

1) Deliverable #2 (Specific): Our deliverable #2 includes hosting a Facebook live event at the Gund Slam which will be at the Alumni house on UVM campus. We will also be finalizing our primary role during the GUND SLAM. We have reached out to Basil multiple time and waiting for a response.

2) Our 200 dollar budget will go towards finding a freelancer to help us with audio and equipment for the GUND SLAM event. Since it is a large room the camera that is provided at the library will not work for our event. We need someone with better equipment, to allow the viewers to hear and see the speakers clearly. We have contacted Elisa about our budget.
